Refund Policy

At Supreme Cleaning Services London, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not typically provided once a service has been completed.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
