• Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure:

Clear access to the areas being cleaned

Removal of small items and valuables

Access to electricity and water where required

• Stain Removal

While we use professional techniques and products, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, permanent marks, or pre-existing damage.

• Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Liability

We take great care during our work. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Wear and tear

Shrinkage or colour loss due to fabric condition
